The Quality Care Partnership is a membership based organisation that represents and supports the health & social care service by driving for excellence in quality care services through the provision of appropriate workforce planning, development and training. Membership is free for Care Employers in the South Yorkshire area and offers you the following benefits:


  • qcpAdvice & Guidance - High quality advice, guidance and support to employers relating to Training, Workforce development, Inspection requirements, HR employment, personal and professional development, National Minimum Standards for the sector and service User and Carer inclusion and involvement strategy.
  • Workforce Development including planning, organisational and training needs analysis. Referral and signposting training and Skills for Life assessment and development opportunities which provide workforce development solutions.
  • Specialist Training to enable Social Care employers to achieve National Minimum Standards.
  • Leadership and Management training.
  • Recruitment and Retention support including Care Ambassador Activity within schools and colleges.
  • Service Users and Carers – Regular activity to contribute to participation and further develop the work of Skills for Care.
  • Brokerage activity which includes management and brokerage of TSI funding.
  • Quality assurance of the delivery of our services.
  • Sharing and exchanging best practice. Facilitating training provider forums and Continuous Professional Development programmes for Health and Social Care teachers, lecturers and assessors.
  • Research Activity - Undertaking and supporting research activity to inform improvement in Social Care practice.
